Couple's Convenient Escape
The room was really nice and the beds comfy. Also, being able to chill out in the guest lounge until we had to fly out was awesome! !
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

A Perfect City Escape
The spacious Queen Room with a stunning city view made our stay unforgettable. We loved the complimentary minibar items for that extra touch of luxury. For a lovely meal, don't miss the rooftop bar – it offers fantastic city skyline views. Just remember to avoid the narrow lane for pickups.

Fantastic breakfast options every morning.
We were incredibly disappointed with our room. The air-conditioning was difficult to control, leaving us uncomfortable throughout our stay. Moreover, the room lacked basic supplies, and we had to ask for them the next morning, which was frustrating. Checking in was chaotic, and the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive to our needs.

The hotel is perfectly located just a 10-minute walk to South Bank and the City Botanic Gardens. We enjoyed our time here with the kids, especially the pool area which was a hit. The staff was friendly, and our room was spacious enough for our family of five.
My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy at the hotel. It would be great to have a play area or kids' club.

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the super comfy queen room and the complimentary mini bar items each night. Relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun on the terrace were highlights of our trip. I did find the check-in process a bit rushed, but it didn’t take away from our great experience overall. 😊
